FUEL
STORAGE MONITORING SYSTEM
In
general,
monitoring system
consist of the next main components:

Fuel Level Sensor (GuardMagic
DLLE1ct);

Safety barrier (GuardMagic
JBB01; support up to two fuel level sensor);

Connection cable
(safety barrier - main unit);

GPRS Fuel Storage
monitoring module
(Guardmagic FSM or GuardMagic FSL);
-
communication network:
GSM/GPRS network and Internet);
-
WEB Monitoring Service-
"FidTrace" (or PC
computer with monitoring software with connection to
Internet).

Fuel Level Sensor |
In fuel tank
installed GuardMagic DLLE (DLLE1
or
DLLE2) fuel level sensors.
(in small fuel tanks with
diesel fuel also can be installed GuardMagic DLLS fuel level sensor).
Fuel level sensor make
measurement of fuel level in fuel tank and send this
information to GuardMagic FSM (FSL) module.
It can be GuardMagic
DLLS , DLLE
series fuel level sensor with EIA-485 communication
protocol (or the other similar sensor with the same
communication protocol).

GPRS Fuel Storage
Monitoring Module |
GuardMagic FSM module (or
GuardMagic FSL module) collect
information from Fuel sensor (sensors) and some other
additional information and send this
information to monitoring station.

Communication network (GSM/GPRS
+ Internet) |
Communication channel for
the sending information from vehicle module to Personal
Computer.

|
Monitoring Station |
Monitoring Station consist
of personal computer and special monitoring software.
Personal Computer have to
be connect to internet and have the own fix IP
address.
Monitoring station collect
the fuel data (and other additional information) from
Fuel Storage Monitoring module, store this data in PC hard drive, make
analyzing of this data and generate the necessary
graphs, reports etc.

In fuel
tank installed GuardMagic DLLE (DLLE1
or
DLLE2) or GuardMagic
DLLS (DLLS1
or
DLLS2) fuel level sensors.
Fuel level
sensors connected to monitored PC by connection
cable (sensor serial connection).
Fuel level
sensors send to PC by connection cable
information about fuel level in fuel tank.
Monitoring
software receive this information and store it
in data base.
Based on
stored information, monitoring software
calculate data and generate necessary graphs,
reports etc.
Main notes:
-
as usual used
GuardMagic DLLE fuel level sensor with
GuardMagic JBB01 safety barrier;
-
if in small fuel tank
are not explosive fuel (like diesel fuel etc), can be
use GuardMagic DLLS fuel level sensor
(without barrier).
