FUEL STORAGE TANK REMOTE MONITORING

Fuel Monitoring, Fuel Consumption and Fuel Usage monitoring:

prevents fraud of fuel;
prevents unauthorized use of fuel;
provides high-precision measurement of fuel level in a fuel tank;
gives detailed information about fuel tank fueling and draining;
gives detailed information about fuel consumption;
collects and stores information about fuel in tank for detailed analyzing;
gives detailed fuel usage history.

In general, fuel storage tank monitoring system consist of the next main components:

Fuel Level Sensors: GuardMagic DLLE (operation in Hazardous area) series ( for the small tank with diesel fuel available fuel level sensors GuardMagic DLLS series);
GPRS Fuel Storage monitoring module (Guardmagic FSL or GuardMagic FSM series);
Intrinsically safe barrier GuardMagic JBB01 (for fuel level sensor GuardMagic DLLE);
communication network: GSM/GPRS network and Internet);
Monitoring Station (PC computer with monitoring software and connection to Internet or special WEB monitoring service).

Fuel Sensors

Main Modules

Fuel Level Sensor	Fuel level sensor make measurement of fuel level in fuel tank and send this information to GuardMagic Fuel Storage Monitoring module (GuardMagic FSL or GuardMagic FSM series). Fuel level can be GuardMagic DLLE (DLLE fuel level sensor: operation in hazardous area) series fuel level sensor with EIA-485 communication protocol (or the other similar sensor with the same communication protocol). For small tank up to 1000 liters with diesel fuel can also be use fuel level sensor GuardMagic DLLS1 series.
Intrinsically safe barrier	GuardMagic JBB01 spark protection unit (for sensor operation in hazardous area) for GuardMagic DLLE fuel level sensor.
GPRS Fuel Storage Monitoring Module	GuardMagic FSM module collect information from Fuel sensor (sensors) and some other additional information and send this information to monitoring station.
Communication network (GSM/GPRS + Internet)	Communication channel for the sending information from vehicle module to Personal Computer.
Monitoring Station	Monitoring Station consist of personal computer and special monitoring software. Personal Computer have to be connect to internet and have the own fix IP address. Monitoring station collect the fuel data (and other additional information) from Fuel Storage Monitoring module, store this data in PC hard drive, make analyzing of this data and generate the special reports.
