Tanker Monitoring System in a full automatically mode,
"day & night" collects and stores detailed information about
fuel cargo tank contents and tanker activity.
In general Road Fuel Tanker Monitoring System consist
of three main components:
- GuardMagic DLLE1ct
series
fuel level sensor

Robust Digital Fuel Level Sensor with
EIA-485 communication interface.
Fuel level sensor install
in each fuel cargo compartment.
Sensor make
measurement of fuel level in fuel tank and send this
information to main module GuardMagic VB8, VTS1 vehicle
module.

- GuardMagic JBB01
Intrinsically safe barrier
|
GuardMagic JBB01 is
a safety barrier (spark protection unit) for connection fuel level sensors
located in hazardous area (Zone 0).
GuardMagic JBB01 can support up to two fuel
level sensors GuardMagic DLLE series.
GuardMagic JBB01 has to be located outside hazardous area.

VTS1 - Tanker
Monitoring Modules

GuardMagic VB8 or
GuardMagic VTS module collect
information from Fuel sensor (sensors) and other
additional information about tanker status, location,
parameters of movement and send this
information to monitoring station.

+ Internet)

Communication channel for
the sending information from vehicle module to Personal
Computer.

Monitoring Station consist
of personal computer and special monitoring software.
Personal Computer have to
be connect to internet and have the own fix IP
address.
Monitoring station collect
the fuel data (and other additional information) from
Fuel Storage Monitoring module, store this data in PC hard drive, make
analyzing of this data and generate the special reports.
Can be:
- WEB based monitoring
service;
- Office PC based
monitoring.
