Road Fuel Tanker Monitoring allows:

In general Road Fuel Tanker Monitoring System consist of next main components:

  • GuardMagic VB8; special vehicle GPS-GSM/GPRS module for road tanker application
Collect information from digital fuel level sensors (located in cargo tanks) and send this information to monitoring station by GSM/GPRS network.
Supports up to FOURTEEN cargo fuel compartments (fuel level sensors).
 
Make measurement fuel level in fuel tank and send fuel level code to main module (GuardMagic VB).
Operation in hazardous area.
  • GuardMagic JBB01;  “Junction Box” with internal two channels intrinsically safe barriers..
or fuel level sensor intrinsically safe powering and connecting to EIA-485 communication bus in fuel
trailer (cargo tanks, fuel storage etc.).
Independently support two fuel level sensors.
EIA-485 communication bus.
For application together with Guardmagic DLLE fuel level sensors.
 
  • Monitoring station (Monitoring Service)
Receive and store received information from fuel tankers,  analyzing received information, generate necessary reports and graph.
